How is a retainer different from one-off fixes, and which works out better?
A one-off fix means changing something once, quickly, with no "we will get to it next week", paid per task. A retainer is ongoing: an agreed volume of work per month, monitoring, priority in the queue and security updates.
If you need changes once a quarter, we will suggest one-off work. If the project is alive and changes often, a retainer is more convenient and works out considerably better per task, on both price and turnaround.
What does the monthly retainer include and what does it cost?
From EUR 200 a month. The base package usually covers an agreed number of hours for changes, uptime monitoring, updates and analytics.
We size the package to the project: a landing page needs one thing, a growing catalog site or a Telegram bot taking payments needs another. You pay for the actual volume and sleep at night without worrying that the site is down or payments have stopped.
How fast do you respond to tasks and outages?
Small changes go into the queue the same day. A critical failure - the site down, or the bot no longer taking payments or replying - gets priority and we react to it first. We talk through whichever messenger suits you, with no ticket systems and no week-long waits.
The specific response time is written into the retainer terms so you know what to expect rather than taking our word for it.
