// data that is ready to use

Scrapers built
for hard sources

We collect data from the places it is hard to get out of: protected sites, marketplaces, catalogs, aggregators. We work around blocks, clean the data, structure it and hand it over in a format that suits you - from Excel to a ready database or an API.

What we collect and how

One of our core projects is a maps scraper that intercepts network responses and exports across 4,370 cities.

Products, prices, specifications, contacts and reviews, from any site or aggregator.

Maps and directories

Businesses, addresses, phone numbers and ratings from map services and directories, by city and category.

Marketplaces

Rankings, competitor prices, stock levels and product pages, for analytics and monitoring.

Anti-bot handling

Proxies, rotation, behaviour emulation and API response interception where direct scraping is blocked.

Export format

Excel with clickable links, CSV, JSON, a database, or served over an API.

Auto-refresh

Scheduled runs that keep the data fresh with no manual intervention.

// process

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Source analysis

We study the site: where the data sits, how it is protected, how to get it out.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A test export on a small volume, with a sample for you to see.

  3. 03

    Development

We write the scraper, set up proxies and workarounds, and clean the data.

  4. 04

    Handover

We deliver in the format you need and put it on a schedule if required.

Web scraping FAQ

Is scraping data legal?

Collecting publicly available data that a site shows to any visitor is not prohibited. The limits concern personal data, copyrighted content and getting around explicit restrictions.

We collect open information and we do not take on anything that clearly breaks the law. If you are unsure about a particular source, we will talk it through at the start and tell you honestly where the risk sits.

What happens when the site changes and the scraper breaks?

We build scrapers to be resilient, anchoring collection only to stable elements.

If the scraper does stop pulling what you need, we fix it free of charge within two weeks. Past that window we will not turn the work away either - we stay reachable.

Is the scraper a one-off, or can it run on a schedule?

Either. A one-off export means we collect a database of businesses or products once, hand it over and that is that. A recurring scraper runs itself on a schedule and keeps competitor prices, stock levels and new listings up to date.

What format do you deliver the data in?

Usually Excel - readable, with clickable links, so an account manager can work with it immediately. Also CSV, JSON, writing straight into your database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) or serving it over an API.

We agree the format before we start so the data drops into your process without manual rework. We also de-duplicate and normalise separately: phone numbers into one format, prices into numbers, and so on.
