Telegram bot FAQ
How much does a Telegram bot cost, and what drives the price?
A simple bot for collecting enquiries or granting access starts at EUR 300. A bot with payments, a database and scraping starts at EUR 750. A full system with CRM, an automated funnel and AI starts at EUR 2,000.
Three things set the price: how many scenarios the bot handles, how many integrations it needs (payments, CRM, spreadsheets), and whether it needs a database.
A framework like aiogram, or a no-code bot builder - which is better?
A builder makes sense if the bot is a couple of buttons. But it has a ceiling: non-standard logic is out of reach and you pay the platform every month.
We write in Python (aiogram / bs4 / pandas / requests), which means any logic you want and no platform limits.
Do I need my own server, and what does it cost?
Yes, a bot needs a server, but we host it ourselves free for the first month; longer hosting depends on the setup and we go through it in detail when we talk.
If you would rather keep the bot on your own server, we help you choose a host (usually from about EUR 5 a month), configure the server, install the bot and set it up to run reliably around the clock.
How do payments work inside a bot - properly, with receipts?
Through providers built into Telegram Payments (cards, local payment methods), or through gateways such as Stripe or Paddle - with proper invoicing and receipts. The bot delivers the product or the access itself once payment succeeds.
We connect the gateway to your company or sole trader registration and set up automatic receipts, all above board.
